The building dates from the beginning of the 20th century and is protected by National Heritage status. It is set in an Edwardian-style mansion where classical structures combine with a modern design and state of the art technology. It is perhaps the best located in the city, sitting near the Thyssen, Prado and Reina Sofia museums.
